Esta edição propõe uma reflexão urgente sobre o lugar da arte num mundo atravessado por tensões políticas, sociais e ambientais. Quando a neutralidade deixa de ser uma opção, que responsabilidades recaem sobre os artistas, os media e as estruturas culturais que moldam o discurso público?

A partir de diferentes práticas e experiências, da criação artística à produção cultural e mediática, esta conversa aborda o poder da narrativa, o impacto social da arte e a forma como a criatividade pode (ou deve) posicionar-se face às realidades contemporâneas.

O painel reúne: Vanessa Ford, produtora criativa e estratega cultural, co-criadora da Super Sema e produtora do filme Lion, nomeado para os Óscares; Luke Taylor, produtor e empreendedor de media, fundador da COPA90 e cofundador da Bromantics, atualmente Co-Founder da In-Depth; Rita GT, artista visual cuja prática explora a memória, a identidade, as histórias coloniais e os direitos humanos, com um percurso internacional.

A conversa será moderada por Patrick Walker, consultor de media e tecnologia com foco em storytelling, plataformas digitais e impacto social, explorando o uso ético e responsável dos media na esfera pública.

This edition offers an urgent reflection on the place of art in a world shaped by political, social, and environmental tensions. When neutrality is no longer an option, what responsibilities fall on artists, media, and cultural structures that shape public discourse?

Drawing from diverse practices and experiences, from artistic creation to cultural production — this conversation explores the power of narrative, the social impact of art, and how creativity can (and should) position itself in response to contemporary realities.

The panel brings together:

Vanessa Ford, a creative producer and cultural strategist, co-creator of Super Sema and producer of the Academy Award–nominated film Lion;

Luke Taylor, media entrepreneur, founder of COPA90 and co-founder of Bromantics, currently Co-Founder of In-Depth;

Rita GT, a visual artist whose practice explores memory, identity, colonial histories, and human rights, with an international trajectory.

The conversation will be moderated by Patrick Walker, a media and technology consultant focused on storytelling, digital platforms, and social impact, with particular attention to ethical and responsible media practices.
